Meeting Notes from 03-27-07

Esch Fest,
July 14-15, 2007
Attendees: David Hobbs, Diem, Rachel, Doc, Shoshanna, Nipper, Pinky
Agenda Items:
Flyer content needs to be written to be reviewed and edited. Deadline for content Mar 30.
A: Send content to Diem. JLO will do flyer for us.
A: Flyer needs to be reviewed by April 2. Printed by April 4th
A: Flyers need to forwarded to Doc and Pinky to bring to Recompression by April 5.

A: Contact Recompression team and see if it's okay that we bring the Raffle. Pinky

Prized donated so far:
2 tickets to Little Red Studio

5 Massages
A: Hobbs to ask Harley Davidson and Snow board connection.
A : Doc to ask Biznik if they can get donations from their network.
If anyone has any others to add please send info to Diem by March 30.

Food: Kitty and Rachel will be meeting to work on budget and food selection. Updates soon.
A: Will local Westport fisheries donate seafood? Hobbs

Website: Content: Need to pass on any content info to Diem.
A: We will ask Nathan's family and friends for photos of him and his children.

A: Rachel to contact IGNW about using them for Brown Paper tickets.

Permits:
A: Dave to call Westport City Hall and clarify permit situation: Completed. We have a GO!!

DPW -
A: Rachel will ask if there are any local DPW crew who would be willing to do placement..

Critical Massive participation. Optimum would be to have a place to sell raffle tickets at Greeter station and a table set up at Friday"s BBQ. At a minimum we would like to just have a designated area were we can have some information on display and a donation jar.
A: Contact IGNW and Massive crew to see what they will allow us to do at Massive. Pinky
If we get a table Nipper and Hobbs will man at BBQ.

A: Nipper to ask Rangers if they can help us out that weekend:

Wristbands are a YES. - We need someone to take this on ?????

Meeting Notes from 03-06-07

Raffle (evil dave in charge)
--Cutoff date march 30th to get donations form different businesses we know to get donated prizes
--Dave will check into LCD TV 40” at possible $450/$550 cost
--We will all sell raffle tickets at $5/each
--Kinko’s or work for copies for a flyer

--120 absolute max sales for event
--bring in porta potties (3 @ 120 people at $85 each)
--Ticket cost $50

--$600 potential budget at 120 people ($5 each over 4 meals)
--JOHay can bring down Dave’s BBQ
