Dave and (co-owner of Westport) Ash are building a tiki bar in time for the event. They might need help during the work weekend.

Kitty is revamping the food to prep for alternate numbers of total guests, e.g. a list of food for 75 people, a list in case there are 100 total sales, and a max at 120.
**Kitty needs three BBQ’s for the event.

Raffle – Downtown HD and SC are the raffle connections. Dave will contact them later for that.
We cancelled the door prize idea and instead moved all prizes to the raffle.

J Lo contacted by diem for new flyer for raffle and for the fix of the old flyer.

Recompression raffle ticket sales didn’t happen due to confusion.

Local fisheries---Hobbs will go the work weekend and bring the flyer around to the neighbors AND the local fish markets for help.

**Wristbands – diem will check to see if INW will donate leftover wristbands.

Clean up team – Kitty volunteers to be on team. We will make signsw indicating this is a leave no trance event.

Kitty needs a single Costco carport, or better yet a 10 x 10 EZ UP.

**Videographer may not happen, so we are looking for a new one.


CORRECTION—TV is 36” LCD TV, Erin pimm is donating Luxotica Fire toys, Shoshanna is donating hand knotted pearl necklace and earring set from Lora (no need to advertise her name)
